Using a traditional salt brine method that dates back thousands of years, we’ve taken out popular Pickled Ginger Carrot recipe and adapted it.  While the ingredients are almost exactly the same, the brine and process are changed to create a pleasantly tart and probiotic-rich ferment with a snap of ginger.  We add a touch of our signature vinegar brine for a touch of acidity and flavor.

Do you prefer the vinegar pickle or the ferment?  Either way, you’re right!

Ingredients: Organic Carrots, Ginger, Water, Salt, Vinegar Brine (water, local raw organic apple cider vinegar, distilled white vinegar, organic cane sugar)
